  omg so i was so hyped to get mt chicken nuggets im lowkey a little autistic about them. i got a kids meal and was delighted to see i got a medium drink instead of a small but i am conflicted because i got home and saw i got NO chicken nuggets. in a CHICKEN NUGGET KIDS MEAL. omg. ruined my night. tbh kinda cried

  Evening crew is great. Breakfast crew forgets to give you all your food. I came back and complained the second time and they STILLL did not give me the food that was missing the first time. I didn’t come back the first time because I did not have time. The least they could do would be to give me BOTH missing items.

  Crazy manager of nightshift is giving cones this size & saying thats the size they would be. Cashier had an attitude as well wanted to take MY phone to the back to “scan” i said yeah no. DO BETTER

  They have always had the worst customer service on the planet since they opened. Tonight was the same experience.They won't even speak to you.And get angry when you ask for something as simple as a cup holder

  Trash cans overflowing, every table dirty old receipts on the floor 2 kiosk machines out and on top of the mess my order is always prepared wrong ,fries always just double fried from old ones sitting up all day and then they re drop instead of getting a new bag out the freezer but I guess that way too much to ask for. Like I've worked qsr so I understand how hectic a restaurant can be but this one is always dead but I see why they have a -1 today!!!! 2-28-26 pink hair digging in her nose in the kitchen wow! Need a food safety training class! Definitely will not be returning to this one ever and I love McDonald's I'll just drive the extra mile.
