  It would be so nice to walk in a facility and they act like they are glad you came in. The older lady wasn’t rude, just not nice. I mean smile, say hello when we walk in or at least respond when I say good morning, since we came in to spend our hard earned money. After I paid, she said you’re all set. I said thank you and nothing back. Donuts were excellent and would be the only reason I went back. Seeing the hand sanitizer was the setting when we walked in.

  My friends each got two glazers free, they spent $3.00 each , i spent $9.00 and didn't any. Whats up with that? Not happy!!!

  Well I went for my birthday doughnuts and she was so disrespectful to my dad and me she i will never go to this one again

  I had a very disappointing experience today. I was the first customer in the door and ordered two boxes of glazed donuts and three specialty donuts. My order was taken and I paid, and the employee said he would grab the two dozen donuts for me. While I waited, I noticed two employees behind the counter watching Facebook reels and laughing instead of helping customers. The employee who originally helped me then began assisting other people in line while I was still waiting for the donuts I had already paid for. Meanwhile, the line continued to grow with customers waiting to be helped. After almost 15 minutes of waiting, another employee asked if they could help the next person in line. At that point, I had to remind them that I had already ordered and paid and was still waiting for my donuts. The service was extremely poor. There was no greeting when customers came in, no smiles, and when people said “thank you,” the staff didn’t even respond with “you’re welcome.” The overall attitude of the staff came across as rude and inattentive. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service and basic courtesy should be a priority.
