  Jimmy John's is ILLEGALLY representing their tip amounts. My total was $23.60 and they presented $4.99 as the tip amount for 15%. Incorrect - 15% of $23.60 is only $3.54. I even calculated my original amount of $26.87 thinking the recommended 15% tip of $4.99 was based on the original price before my rewards points. Nope! 15% of that is $4.03. !!! To be clear, I have ordered from here MULTIPLE times before and have NEVER had an issue with the store, employees, or food. My issue is with JJ unlawfully and illegally scamming people out of money through incorrect tip suggestions!

  Corporate policy clearly trumps hungry people here. Procedures come first, compassion comes last. I’m genuinely disappointed. From what I’ve seen, Jimmy John’s does very little to directly support people in the community who are actively struggling with hunger. There seems to be little flexibility or willingness to help locally, even when food could otherwise go to waste. To the public, it feels less like genuine community care and more like a rigid, brand-first operation that prioritizes rules over real human need. While corporate giving and partnerships may exist on paper, meaningful impact is made through direct, transparent action at the local level. Community support shouldn’t feel calculated or distant. Real compassion is shown in everyday decisions, not just corporate statements.

  This Jimmy John's is very fast. I feel like I am always surprised when they show up because I always feel like I just ordered (even during lunch hours). The building is kept clean and the staff always seems to be smiling. My favorite sandwich is the Turkey Tom, their meat seems to always be fresh along with their bread. You can buy just the bread for really cheap (or even cheaper if you get day-old bread). When I am in the mood for a sub I never hesitate to come here because I know there will be no lines or hassle.
