  Came in Sunday night and never been to Jimmy John's before. The young blonde lady at the cashier talked with me for a while about all of the sandwiches. She was extremely patient and helpful. She convinced me to try a toasted Italian sandwich with mustard and pickles, safe to say I was sold. Will be back here to get some sammies for me and the hubby🩷

  I had gone to this Jimmy Jones around 11:30 to get me and my girlfriend some sandwiches since I had a gift card. My girlfriend wanted her customized sandwich toasted and they had told us they can’t toast it because it isn’t an original sandwich. I said okay and we changed her sandwich to an original sandwich so she could have it toasted. We did all that just for them to not even toast it. This place needs to get it together because how can you advertise toasting sandwiches and not even toast a customized sandwich yet even an original sandwich. So disappointed with the service and the food. You’re better off going to potbelly’s. Can’t believe I wasted a gift card on these crap sandwiches. They couldn’t even give a good explanation why they can’t toast sandwiches that aren’t originals.

  This store has started using Uber for delivery. I don't order from them very often because it's always been tricky to get them to my location but now it's taking 45 minutes for delivery to show up and my order (which should have double meat and cheese) is a basic sandwich.

  Placed an online order around 8. When I picked up the ladies working didn’t speak a word to me even though I said thank you two times. I figured the online order at 8 was better than going in with a fresh order at 830 . I was wrong. These chicks were rude and should be sent to “be nice to people while on the clock school “
