  They have begun outsourcing delivery to Uber at this location and are charging an absurd $5 delivery fee. I submitted a customer inquiry and they informed me that it is determined by the store manager, so if you are assigned to this store, your delivery will not be freaky fast… waited an hour for my delivery yesterday. Ordered before 2, the receipt was printed at 3:07, didn’t receive my food until after 4. Ice was melted in my drink.

  Very disappointed! Always go to this Jimmy John's and the girl taking orders in Drive thru was unprofessional! I ordered combos to get the drinks and chips for $1. She told me that they're not doing the $1 drink and chips anymore! All Jimmy John's are Doing this special! An she didn't give me my receipt after I asked for it! I spent $60.39! The cost wasn't the problem! It's the fact that she lied about not having the special anymore!

  I was with you for a good while and even looked the other way when you started making weak, pathetic sandwiches. Barely enough meat for a small child, then the bread shrunk. The bread was always chewy but it was fast and I was always tired after work. Finally I got so tired of being disappointed and angry that I went over to Jersey Mikes and got a much better sub with more meat and good bread for actually less money. So done with you. You keep sending me the 5.99 sandwich offer and it’s not even a good deal for that. Goodbye forever.
