- KAKla AndersonDec 28, 20251.0I’ve given this place multiple chances to improve themselves, but every time I go back, something is always wrong. First time I went, I placed a pick up order. I went to go get it, and the girl asked what my name was for the order and I told her the name, I waited for about 30 minutes until I got my food because she didn’t say nothing to the rest of the crew and went on her lunch break. The second time I went and ordered a bundle meal, and they refuse to give me one of my sides and said that she charged me for something different even though that my receipt was showing the bundle I ordered and then said if I wanted to get the side that comes in the bundle I’ll have to be charged extra for it. They are very rude and unprofessional here. I will not be coming here again or recommending this place.

She made decent recommendations when I asked her thoughts. The food was acceptable. Nothing wrong with it but wasn’t 5 star. Just….acceptable. I finished my food no issues but when thinking about the value for what I got, I don’t think I’d repeat. Nothing against Wing Stop but it felt a little overpriced for what I got. The atmosphere was to be expected. No complaints. Got to catch a little bit of the Suns game.

They didn’t even take out the oil from the bottom. This is disgusting!!! I won’t be coming back to this location!

I witnessed this and was absolutely disgusted, I walked out. I don’t believe this is professional behavior or service especially coming from management. I proceeded to wait outside and talk to these ladies because this is NOT OK. I got the management names and the names are Kristin and Lorelei. I will not stop emailing until this is resolved. I am a Latina woman myself and I am extremely upset that I witnessed this. I feel bad for those two young ladies!!! Absolutely disgusting wingstop. DO BETTER.
