    I had an extremely unprofessional and just rude experience at this Wingstop location due to the behavior of the manager named Leslie. I ordered a side of Hot Honey Dry Rub with my meal. When I got home, I realized I was given a sauce instead of the dry rub. I returned to the store, returned the sauce container, and asked for the correct seasoning that I had already paid for. Hot Honey Dry Rub is listed as a rub, not a sauce, and I frequently order it on the side because the tenders are often under-seasoned from this location. When I was given the seasoning, the container barely had any in it. I asked if it could be filled properly. She took it back and returned it with only a small amount added , still not even halfway full. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, Leslie insisted that I would need to pay again, treating it as if I were ordering an additional side . Another employee was willing to help resolve the issue, but Leslie stopped her and repeatedly emphasized that she was the manager and that it “couldn’t be done.” Definitely felt like she was on a power trip. She then asked me to give her the names of the workers who had previously given me the seasoning properly and said they would need to be addressed, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Which honestly how would I know their names ? I had only asked her for her name because of how this was being handled. Leslie then asked why I was “making a big deal out of this,” even though I was just trying to get the item I had already paid for. Was left wondering why it couldn’t simply be done¿ Given how the situation was being handled, I asked Leslie if this was a power trip, as it felt unnecessarily escalated. She responded by asking if I was okay, rather than addressing the issue. The entire interaction felt unnecessary and confrontational & honestly uncomfortable. I was spoken to in a dismissive manner and even encouraged to “go ahead and leave a review,” which further shows the lack of professionalism from the manager Leslie. Which I typically don’t leave reviews but this situation honestly felt like I needed to. I chose not to argue and wished her a good night, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, especially coming from a manager . As I was leaving, Leslie watched me through the window and waved in a mocking, immature way. I also attempted to call the store 4-5 times before even returning & getting there , with no answer, and witnessed phone calls being ignored while inside the store. I will not be returning to this location and recommend getting wings at a local place instead! This level of behavior from management shouldn’t be happening.

    I’ve given this place multiple chances to improve themselves, but every time I go back, something is always wrong. First time I went, I placed a pick up order. I went to go get it, and the girl asked what my name was for the order and I told her the name, I waited for about 30 minutes until I got my food because she didn’t say nothing to the rest of the crew and went on her lunch break. The second time I went and ordered a bundle meal, and they refuse to give me one of my sides and said that she charged me for something different even though that my receipt was showing the bundle I ordered and then said if I wanted to get the side that comes in the bundle I’ll have to be charged extra for it. They are very rude and unprofessional here. I will not be coming here again or recommending this place.

    Let me start by saying the service was impeccable. The young lady was friendly, helpful, and just all around very personable. She made decent recommendations when I asked her thoughts. The food was acceptable. Nothing wrong with it but wasn’t 5 star. Just….acceptable. I finished my food no issues but when thinking about the value for what I got, I don’t think I’d repeat. Nothing against Wing Stop but it felt a little overpriced for what I got. The atmosphere was to be expected. No complaints. Got to catch a little bit of the Suns game.
