Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers reported frequent mistakes with orders, long wait times, and poor service experiences.

I was told these burgers were better than In-Out. Well, they were great burgers for sure! I'm still a fan of In-Out though!

Came by after Nascar Phoenix Championship weekend and the girl at the register was amazing and even laughed with ur when we had a tongue slip on ordering. We ordered and the same female at the registered made sure we were set and our order was right before she went too the back. Food was delicious and fresh, we will be back cause the customer service and food was top notch.

I go through the drive thru most times. 90% of time no napkins even though had made a point of saying don't forget them. 3 times over last few times I ordered. I have ordered a cookie paid for it and then after driving away discover they forgot it. Today asked for second hamburger to have avaacodo on it
It didn't have it on there. Asked for chicken to be on the side not on salad. Cause it wilts it and couldn't eat it right away. No problem. They didn't do it. Had to throw out most of the lettuce. This is happening way to often. That's just s few of mistakes
I like their food but getting frustrated. Happens at this one than others. But it's closer to me so go there about once a week.

Was the 3rd car in the drive thru. Ordered kids grilled cheese chicken strips a la carte and a #2 combo. Waited over 12 min to get to window. Paid, waited 5 min. Was asked to pull up. Pulled up waited another 10 min food never came. Went inside saw 4 employees sitting around asked for a refund took another 10 min for that. I should have clocked in at this point. Save yourself from this location. It is the absolute worst. This is about the 30th issue and the only reason I keep giving them a shot is because I work 30 seconds away. Shut the doors. You all are TERRRRRRRRRIBLE.
