Ordered at the kiosk because there were no employees to be seen. When the employees finally appeared, it seemed to only be because there was a car at the drive thru. My name was up on the screen, so I knew the order had been placed, but they just ignored it (and me, standing at the counter) to focus on the drive thru orders. Finally got an employee and asked about my food. Turns out my burger had been made and had just been sitting there the whole time getting cold. No ketchup at the condiment area (meaning I had to go try to get an employee's attention again to get ketchup), and being out of Dr Pepper did not improve my attitude about this location.
