    Food is good but VERY expensive! They stopped sending coupons out & I can't afford thier regular prices (as most ppl cant!) I used to go here regularly not anymore!

    Went to this location and ordered a cheesy cheddar burger like every other Wendy's location. I received 3 of the wrong burgers so I called and discussed with a manager. He informed me that they do not make cheesy cheddar burgers at this location and don't do "that secret menu stuff". Wendy's has had cheesy cheddar burgers for years and it's all I order from there. They have all the items for the burger on location it's just not on the menu. Needless to say I will never come to this Wendys location again and they lost my business completely.

    Came here asked a question about a burger on the menu, I decided pass on it and ordered another burger. Instead I ranged up for the burger I asked about. So I got back to the counter and asked if I could get the correct burger and asked for my money back from the price differences. The cashier has been moody or something because she looked at me dead in the eyes and said “You want your dollar back? A dollar?” I said yes I do and waited. But I’m sure if her drawer came up a few dollars short, she’d be asking why as well. Before all of this, I went up there and asked if I could get a slice of onion cause they didn’t put one in my burger, she did the same thing and said “You want a singular onion?” I simply just explained that they forgot to add it in my burger. I’m sorry but now I see why these people end up working in fast foods, who would want to deal with someone who is obviously too lazy to work? This has been the worse Wendy’s customer service my boyfriend and I have ever experienced.

    No sign on door that restrooms and dining room not available due to water problems. Screwed up my order. Manager was not very polite. We are 2 seniors who are still working to pay bills so we use cpns & offers on app. Seniors get free drink. It doesn't matter if we pay for a drink also. Plus frosty key rings for free jr frosty. With biggie bag order, includes nuggets & french fries, we get 2 sauces. 1 sauce comes w/nuggets & 1 is instead of ketchup for French fries. Now they chg $.50 for 1 xtr sauce. We order lettuce & tomato for the hamburger & now they chg for them. The manager didn't want to give us the 2nd senior drink. But if we could eat inside, we get a drink refill as we leave so we don't need the 2 senior drink. But he was reluctant and a little rude about giving us the 2nd senior drink. Plus I ordered a kids meal and asked for apple slices, got fries. Because we had to eat in our vehicle instead of enjoying our meal at a table and no bathroom to wash our hands or use it b4 we leave, we didn't realize I got fries instead of apple slices. Fries taste good but are very unhealthy compared to apples. So all I ate was my fries with my frostie. Opening the Wendy's app shows the dipping of fries in the frosty. We drive around the valley or state for our job. Taking lunch inside at a table and not in the vehicle. And they wouldn't let us. Yet there was a lady who came in same time as us and she sat down & ate yet we weren't allowed. So somewhat rude manager. Charging now for what was free and twice what comparable other restaurants charge. Not wanting to honor the senior drink. And messing up the order. I don't think this is 5* restaurant.
