Jackie provides terrible customer service as a manager. This place needs more training on the app use and how to show respect to customers. She had the time to argue with me in the lobby but not acknowledge I wasn’t at the wrong Wendy’s for my order. Terrible experience and not worth my money.

We ordered two meals and subbed the french fries for sour cream and chive potatoes and we were able to get small frosty's also. The meals were hot and delicious. I got the new white meat chicken strips and my husband got the burger . The potatoes were big and hot and fresh. All of our sauce were in there. And the frosties were filled up and nice looking. It was a really wonderful experience. Our total was $25. What was really nice too is they also had yellow mustard. Thank you so much Wendy's. I hope you guys have many years of great business.
