This location sucks! When I came here not only did I have to wait about 30 minutes for my mobile order but when I got home and opened up my salad the entire thing was bad. Almost all the lettuce is brown, slimy and inedible. $8 down the drain. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be returning.

The tall girl with purple streaks in her hair needs a reality check on respect all she does is roll her eyes when people order and slam bags on the counter she should be cleaning the toilets if she can't work around people respectfully

I ordered thru the app. Really long wait even though I was 2nd in line. The bigger problem was I ordered regular nuggets(I have severe stomach issues), and there were 3 spicy nuggets mixed in with my regular ones… I did not notice the slight color difference and ate one, causing extreme vomiting. Closer exploration(and my friend tasting) confirmed the that half of my nuggets were spicy. Quite disappointing.

Bro, mobile order and they didn't have it ready AND when they did it was wrong. Had us wait for like 30 minutes (not an exaggeration). They have you sit with your cold items that melt while they make the hot items so by the time they get everything done it's all melted. I thought other reviews were just being mean, but they are correct. Would not recommend.

Okay WTH?! Just ordered through the app, went thru the drive thru, and yall gave me someone elses order…. Just live up the street so heading back to get it replaced but this is a terrible start… worst part is the manager is working the drive thru right now and he’s the one that gave me the incorrect order.
Update: went back and got my order and stupidly trusted they’d get it right the second time, they forgot my nuggets. This location sucks.
Second update: ordered online and went to pick it up on my 30 min lunch break. When I arrived they told me that the spicy chicken needed 7 minutes to cook… while I was already crunched for time I decided to wait because that was the only thing my wife wanted. After 12min of waiting I went inside to ask where my order was which it was chilling on the counter. Literally chilling. I left upset but was hungry so didn’t complain there. Got home and food was completely wrong. The chicken sandwich was plain with just a bun and the chicken. Ordered the spicy Asiago. This place is a joke. Reached out to corporate who forwarded my complaint to this restaurant and I haven’t heard anything back.
