  Why is this the only Wendy's that makes a person stand outside and take orders, but they are somehow the slowest! Line out to the road but no one is in front of the person ordering at all. Seems like a waste to make someone stand outside just to slowly order and they aren't even in front of the menu. Much faster during breakfast and at night when they don't have someone out here. We were so excited about this wendys being built close by. Unfortunate that they are dumb and making me think twice about coming back when it's always like this. It was honestly mind blowing how long it took her to let me just go to the window for only a pick up order. Took almost an hour from the time I got in line to when I could finally leave and I ordered through the app to make it easy!!! It would be quicker for me to just drive to another Wendy's! Update: nuggets are so undercooked we have to finish cooking them at home! What the heck is wrong with this Wendy's! They were gross last time too.

  I don't understand what all the poor reviews are about or if it's AI or something; but this place isn't that bad. I get breakfast from here about twice a week and once for dinner; and it's always on point. One thing I noticed is that the staff changes quite regularly and that's probably because it's new and most likely not franchised. But still the staff is always kind and welcoming and well groomed(even got a free cookie one time cause my order took too long). The only real problem I would have is that the chicken nuggs are shriveled and dry as hell, and they put shredded lettuce on a Jr. Bacon Cheesburger.... Who the hell puts shredded lettuce on a cheeseburger?!. Anyways.... Decent place, especially if your on the road or something

  The fries where very cold the bacon was very hard the meat was not done cold. Lettuce was brown. Tried calling the store no one answers. The apple salad looks like it been in the container for days apples was brown salad. Wish i got my money back because my family did not eat the food we had to throw iut 40.00 latter waisted this place just opened to and it should not be like this. No one pays attention to you unless you ask if someone working they stand around talking on there head phones to busy to help. If you get a order for ubering food just sits there unless you ask them if its the order need to be picked up. 1-1-26 is when we went. Saw people walking out of the place because know payed attention they was there.

  I ordered chili cheese fries with my order, but they gave me regular fries. I also ordered an ALL NATURAL LEMONADE because I love it. When they gave me my drink, it was leaking out the bottom because the cup wAs cracked, so they put it in another cup. Then when i drank it, it’s just the fountain lemonade 👎. They didn’t give me a receipt, so i don’t know if i was still charged for the upgrades but not given them. I love Wendy’s, but this one sucks!

  The employees at this location were not professional. I drove up and someone was outside to take my order and she was on the phone telling the person on the phone she's about to quit. She continued taking my order and as I was telling her my order she kept talking on the phone. I had to give her my order again, this time she had attitude with me. I drove forward and I asked the cashier about my order and it was wrong. So i asked her if it could be the way ive been trying to order it. She also gave me attitude because it was not rang up how I explained it to the cashier. Very awful experience when I'm pregnant and only wanted a sandwich. Hopefully the managers cares? The employees will make this new location a negative environment if this keeps up.
