- SRsadie roysterSep 2, 20251.09/2/2025 horrible service from the young ladies working tonight, we had an assistant manager and a crew member working, the girl who was not a manager was the one that took my order she mumbled and gave me attitude when i asked for my extra granola on the side, like i get every time i come here and from every tropical smoothie never had an issue, until tonight, she argued with me give me such a problem for wanting extra granola i pay for it. she gave me my food then slammed the window didn’t give me a receipt or anything. I went inside and asked for a receipt and was again met with attitude she told me they were out of paper and they get more tomorrow,. that’s not acceptable, I asked for a manager and was told there was only an assistant manager, Who mind you would not come out and mediate or fix the problem. instead she let her coworker berate me and treat me like trash quite frankly, I ended up getting a receipt so I was lied too and then met with rude words and story telling to the other customers when i left. ALL I know is that was very unprofessional and not cute at all I don’t know what these girls think this is but it’s the real world and nobody wants to work but your in the service industry you need to do a better job, i will be leaving a survey and reaching out to management.
