  This particular Taco Bell have bones out there who asked you for money when you go up there and that sucks other than that they’re absolutely way too expensive. Absolutely way too expensive and paid almost $30 and quality is not the best. if I know that I think about it, the service guys did not even want to help me order my stuff. They wanted me to go to the kiosk and I told them I don’t know how to work the key and I prefer to deal with someone like that was a big problem. I didn’t like that. I usually like customer service being customer service and nice and gentle. I didn’t like that.

  The morning Manager was not customer service friendly he avoids customer contact consistently gets order wrong and today when I had a issue yes of my own doing instead of trying to help me he told I don’t know how to do that and basically got into a dispute with me over it instead of hearing me he created his own situation and stormed off beware if you come here

  The new girl who works the late night drive thru is extremely impatient and rude. After I told her half of my order I said I needed a second for the rest because they were out of what I wanted. After exactly 15 seconds she asked "do you want any hot sauce" which I told her I was still ordering and needed a second, she then asked if I wanted to circle around and go to the back of the line. I don't really understand what her mental issue is about having to wait 30 seconds for someone to order, but she could stand to learn some patience. None of the other employees here have ever rushed me or told me to go to the back of the line. Which is weird because all the employees that have worked here are always nice. I guess they're really scraping the bottom of the barrel of applications now. A real shame.

  Never get your order right the first time, always check your bag before you go home. I've been burned a few times unfortunately.
