- BJB JMDec 27, 20251.0I work as an Uber food delivery driver. I drive at night and this is the fourth time I've picked up food from this branch. Each time, the male employee says they're out of ingredients, can't prepare the food, and want to cancel the order. This happens every single time. I think this is unusual and not a coincidence. What's the real reason? Out of ingredients, want to go home early, or something else? I'm not sure, but whoever is managing this restaurant should investigate this. This isn't normal. If they frequently run out of ingredients, it indicates poor restaurant management. Or, if the employees want to go home early, they should just close the system and stop accepting orders. This causes problems for delivery drivers. I drive 8-10 miles only to have my order canceled every time for this reason; it wastes a lot of time and gas. It's very frustrating.

I then had to wait another 10 minutes for my food (on a Thursday night). When I got home there was no cheese on the tacos and the cantina taco didnt have the cheese on the outside. So I called the store (because I live 20 minutes away) and he told me to ask for a manager “Erin” next time I was in and she would take care of me. So I went in after work tonight to claim my credit. I told the worker what happened and she asked who I talked to and I told her I didn’t know but gave her the name I was supposed to ask for and she said “okay! I got you!” So she remade my order from last night on the house and even gave me a choice of any entree on the menu and even hooked me up with a drink! Her name was Victoria and this girl deserves a raise for her amazing customer service! Thanks again, Victoria! Will definitely be back to this location!
