Manager came and helped out and once went through, because happy hour drink price had changed, honored it anyway because it took us over 20 minutes to get the silly gift card to process. Little things like this is why I will continue to take my business to this location even though it's not the closest to my house or work but I can't remember the last time I received such awesome customer service!
