  I ordered through the app for drive-through pickup, but when I arrived there were about 10 cars in line and no one in the lobby. Since the lobby was empty, I went inside thinking it would be faster — but I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes for my food. When I finally received my order, everything was poorly wrapped and extremely messy. There was lettuce and sour cream spilled all over the other items in the bag. The food was soggy, like it had been sitting out for a while instead of being freshly prepared. To make things worse, when I first told them I was there to pick up my mobile order, they handed me four empty cups. If I selected and paid for drinks in the app, why weren’t they already prepared? It completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. It felt like all the focus was on the drive-through while the lobby customers were ignored. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

  I haven't been to taco bell in this town. I've no clue what the menu said. Too much glare on it. I told the girl I just wanted something with chicken cheese and sourcream. That's exactly what she gave me on Flatbread. It was delicious! And only $3.00!

  When I first got here, someone yelled at another employee about having to give the drinks with the orders, while waiting for my order noticed congratulation of employees. Although slow, shouldn’t be happened at the wage they get. After arriving home and starting to eat my 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt, I noticed there was a bunch of crunchy stuff in the first one and potatoes in the second one. How hard is it to look at a computer screen to get an order right when all the people nowadays look at a phone and know what exactly what the world is doing.

  This is the world’s slowest tacobell. Waited 35 minutes for my food just to get home and find out that my crunch wrap was made incorrectly and didn’t have a tostada shell in it. You know the “crunch” in crunch wrap. Not going here again.
