The attitude my wife received after calling her out for miscounting her money was embarrassing. The kids best weapon was slamming the sliding window through out the whole interaction. The job deals with customers who are paying for a product and some have more needs than others but accountability is not a strong point with this employee. Please address before they meet a customer who is willing to give the attitude right back.
