FOR PEOPLE WITH SPEECH IMPAIRMENT OR ANY OTHER DIABILITIES DO NOT GO HERE!! I don't really do reviews but the fact that she made my daughter feel bad about herself and not want to speak for herself anymore..I wouldn't even give this place a star. The only thing it has going for it is the amount of empty tables and the no wait. It honestly is not worth the rudeness of the tall lady that works there which I assume is manager cuz when I asked for a number to file complaint she said I would just be calling her. My 11yr old daughter went in to order her sandwich. She has had a speech impairment since she was younger and goes to therapy for it. For her it's embarrassing when someone calls her out on it or says something rude. I try to make her more independent such as ordering for herself and get comfortable and confident in herself by doing so. I don't want her thinking something is wrong with herself cuz of the impairment. I was on the phone trying to respond to text from her grandma while she ordered her food. I listened while I texted she got her usual toasted foot long black ham. The lady pulled it out and asked what she wanted on it and my daughter said clearly pickles and lettuce. The lady put pickles and black olives. My daughter said no I didn't want olives and the lady rudely told her what did you say cuz I didn't hear you cuz you were mumbling. My daughter looks at me and I look at the lady and my daughter says lettuce again..This lady who has earbuds in starts with her attitude and picking the olives and throwing them back in their bin. My daughter goes to fill her soda up and I nicely tell her that my daughter didn't mumble and she has a speech impairment which is a disability and there was no reason to tell her that. She tried saying she didn't say that that she said she was speaking too quietly and she couldn't hear and she said it nicely. I said no I heard you tell her she was mumbling. Teens are already self conscious let alone those with disabilities don't need someone making them feel like crap about themselves. Rather than apologize about she chose to argue about it and if I file complaint I would just be filing it with her. She went on to say I should have just ordered for her. That just pissed me off cuz that's like saying my daughter doesn't know how to speak so I need to do it for her. Ridiculous experience. This lady is horrible

Friday night my husband and I walked in 30 minutes before close and immediately were told we needed to leave and that the store was closed. We stated that their sign says 8pm and the two ladies said they did not care and decided to close early. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked to speak to a manager they refused to provide us with a managers name.

Don’t ever order online here, I ordered online before leaving my work to pick it up as it was my lunch break. The app said my sandwich wouldn’t be ready for 7 more minutes but I go in to check in anyways, to my surprise it’s done and sitting on the counter. I pick it up and go to work. I asked for extra mayo, extra pickles, and toasted bread. I had NO mayo, barely any pickles, and my bread wasn’t toasted, and was so soggy it fell apart when I picked it up… not to mention it was cold and 80% bread as there were barely toppings in the sandwich. Super disappointing. Waste of money as I threw it away since it was so so soggy.

It’s completely dead at peak lunch hour. Almost all of the tables were dirty and myself and friend were the only two in there. The woman behind the counter barely acknowledged us at all, and we had to repeat our orders several times because she wasn’t listening. On top of this, she was mumbling so much that we couldn’t understand what she was asking. When it came time to get the vegetables for our sandwiches, they were all extremely gross. The lettuce was not fresh, turning a nasty yellow green, the olives were mushy, the peppers were extremely floppy and gross. My friend had asked for specific things on their sandwich (lite peppers) and she completely ignored it. There was also a nasty black hair in my sandwich wrapper, because hygiene clearly isn’t an important factor for these women. She didn’t hand us our drink cups, said “you can grab them yourself” and walked to the back of the store. We had ordered cookies with our sandwiches, and so I sat at the counter waiting for them. The other woman had just gotten there, and instead of acknowledging me or asking what I needed she completely ignored me. The first woman came back out and was actively shoving food into her mouth when I asked for the cookies. She was touching her mouth and then touched the cups she was restocking, and tongs for the cookies. I would avoid this place like the plague, because I’m sure you’ll get food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting, waste of money. Save yourself the trip, there’s another subway down the road

Don’t even walk in here. You will regret it as soon as you do. In fact, don’t even look at this store. Sorry in advance for the length but it was necessary to explain.
The worst subway I have ever been to. I walked in and it was dead. Both women “working” were sitting at a table playing on their phones. That didn’t bother me at first. What bothered me is that they barely acknowledged us entering, definitely no “hi, welcome in” greeting. More of a glare that they had to get up. When the one finally got up, about 3-5 minutes, and went behind the counter she started practically barking “what do you want?” At us.
We politely made our requests, saying thank you every time. I wish I could’ve seen the meats/cheeses because the veggies looked old, soggy, brown and just very unappetizing. I wanted lettuce and tomato but choose to go without as it was pretty gross looking already. She practically threw the toppings on the sandwich, what little she was willing to give us.
As soon as I pressed the “no tip” the woman’s attitude shifted even more grossly rude and she turned her back to me as soon as payment processed. I requested a receipt and that was apparently a great big issue as she fidget with the receipt printer and handed me a mangled piece of paper, very reluctantly. I only ask for a receipt when I’m not offered. It feels shady to me.
$22 for a foot long and and 6” 🤦♀️ I should’ve just walked out. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and was regretting not walking out. Pictures included of what $8 is worth. I’m pretty sure I got a regular turkey but she charged me a Titan Turkey. I only took pictures of 1 sandwich of the 2. My son seemed to care less as he was hungry enough to eat anything.
Not my first time here, last time was barely better but I felt bad posting a review because the customer behind me was quite rude to them so I gave the women a pass. This time, I don’t feel bad. I will definitely drive further for a better experience.
I know these places are franchised but if Subway corporation can do something, this place alone will ruin them.
