- DHDennis HubertNov 13, 20253.0Ugh. This is not the best Subway I've ever visited. Not the worst either, but close. There was only one person working and he ignored me to work on other orders from online, I presume, as I was the only one in the store. When he got around to waiting on me, he got my order on the toaster and proceeded to work on other orders, ignoring the new people who walked in. I had to get my own cups for soda and found the Dr. Pepper and root beer were both out. When I let him know, he said they were out of it. Then, when I asked for a drink tray, he said that location didn't have them and gave me a list of locations that did, as if I was gonna drive to a different subway to get one. The food was good, although, to say he skimped on the toppings would be an understatement. I got 4 olive slices and three bits of onion per sandwich. Really? And then, after I paid, he looked at the receipt to see if I gave him a tip. Up the service, have the soda in stock, offer drink trays, give me some toppings, and you might get a tip. Just saying.

He works painfully slow, greets customers with a fake smile, and overall makes you feel like he just wants you to leave instead of ordering sandwiches. I don’t know why, but he’s already lost you money three times at this location because of him. As long as he is in the counter, I won't recommend any other employee is very nice.
