Stole from me. Bizarre staff behavior. I wasn't impatient or anything, no words even really exchanged but they shut the window in my face when i explained i didn't want sonething else after they said slush machine was broken. No receipt because they couldn't be bothered with a refund? they just handed me a cup of syrup when their slush machine broke and shut the window. It was crazy I've never had an interaction like this. I know customer service isn't fun and always try to be kind and patient. I just wanted my money back, didn't make a stink but she just didn't feel like doing it? So weird and scammy.

If they even need a star I have personly worked at a scenic and the quality should be more up to standard. When I got home and called the store the so called assistant manager was completely rude and I know the conversation was recorded wink wink owner the quality and attitude of your employees is not up to par for a company that has such a consistent secret shower program
