Had a mobile order. Asked the car hopper if our order had the ketchup and mustard, he said if it was on the order it would be in the bag. Got home and it was not in the bag. Did have some mozzarella sticks that we didn’t order so it kind of offsets the lacking condiments.

Charging for marinara sauce when you order mozzarella sticks? Come on? Put it in the price. Then you can’t pay the sauce with a card. I know…let’s design the worst process ever and slow you down so that everyone else gets their food super slow like we did.

It took ten minutes just to get 2 shakes and 1 blast in the drive thru, not because of a line, there was no one in front of us and hardly any customers at all, but because the employees were so slow. There was no one behind us when we got there and by the time we got everything, there were three cars behind us. It didn’t seem like there were very many employees and it seemed like all the ones that were there were going pretty slow. This happened just a few minutes ago.
