I was doordashing and I had an order that said ready by 12:55 am
I pull up and he says it came in too late so they were unable to make it. It’s 12:56. I said for xyz? He ignored me
I looked up the closing time, I said you guys close at 1?
He ignored me
I waited until I was able to unassign the order, there’s a car sitting in the stalls right now.
I said, “if you guys close at 1 you can’t say you can’t make an order if it’s not 1 yet. You have to give a reason for why you can’t make it.”
Like if it’s a chicken sandwich and they’re out of chicken, that’s understandable
But the matter is they chose to stop working before the business did, they hindered another persons job, they refused service to a customer, they gave ignorant customer service, and they didn’t do the right thing by canceling the order on the tablet from their side wasting everyone’s time.

La atención es horrible y denigrante no sirven para nada Yes, I find it degrading how they treat people at that location. Yesterday I went at 11 p.m. to the drive-thru window and they refused to help me. My husband got out of the car and the employees ran to hide. They would not assist us. We waited at the window for about 25 minutes. I am going to file a complaint.
