It doesn’t take a lot to attempt customer service so hopefully someone can provide some training on what to do when the store is busy (because you need to be busy to stay in business).

We waited over 20 minutes to get a single to-go burger when there was no one else in line in front of us. I appreciate that they offer a gluten-free bun to accommodate allergies, but it’s frustrating that I couldn’t have multiple sauces because they only serve them using a spatula directly on the bread which leads to cross contamination.
