I received a call from Rosati's about 15 minutes after I ordered and was told they were short-staffed and couldn't deliver, I had to pick up. While this was not convenient, it wasn't impossible. When I went to pick up, I had to ASK to have the delivery charge removed, and I also wanted the gratuity removed. An unfriendly person came to the check-out and said he would remove the $3.50 delivery charge but couldn't remove the gratuity, only give me a credit for next time. I don't live in Mesa so a credit doesn't do me any good. He did NOT actually remove the delivery charge, the fully amount has been charged to my credit card. This entire experience will prevent me from ever ordering here again. A complete rip-off.
