- KGKarla GlickNov 4, 20252.0My latest experience here was very disappointing. I ordered 2 pizzas online and requested delivery. Paid for delivery and left a generous gratuity. I received a call from Rosati's about 15 minutes after I ordered and was told they were short-staffed and couldn't deliver, I had to pick up. While this was not convenient, it wasn't impossible. When I went to pick up, I had to ASK to have the delivery charge removed, and I also wanted the gratuity removed. An unfriendly person came to the check-out and said he would remove the $3.50 delivery charge but couldn't remove the gratuity, only give me a credit for next time. I don't live in Mesa so a credit doesn't do me any good. He did NOT actually remove the delivery charge, the fully amount has been charged to my credit card. This entire experience will prevent me from ever ordering here again. A complete rip-off.

When I questioned it, he then stated I didn't need change. I called up to the restaurant and the same driver answered the phone and continued to tell me that I needed to let them know next time. He also refused to let me speak to the manager and wouldn't give me his name.
- DADavid AJun 19, 20255.0In my opinion, they have the best pizza in the Valley. I usually order the thin crust with extra sauce and Italian sausage, but their deep dish is awesome also. This is the only pizza place that I actually enjoy just a plain cheese pizza. They often have a special going on that you get a free 12" cheese pizza when you order an extra large.
