  Waited 40 mins for cold food only for them to tell me my foods been sitting for 30 mins and I can't get a refund, absolute disgusting joke of an establishment, I will definitely be reporting this transaction to my bank since you don't give refunds.

  Good food. Good, fast service. A really friendly guy took our order this time and he even brought our drink and food out to us. Plenty of parking. Seating out front so you can watch the sunset if you go at the right time.

  Have ordered using the app as well as drive through. Never, once have I ever received my order at the window. Have to park & wait everytime. It’s usually a 10-15 minute wait. While the fries are great the rest is just ok. Had the added fun of something that was cross contaminated with Cinammon in with my French fries tonight. This is a huge allergy for me & may be my last visit to this location.

  I've been seeing the advertisement for months and months that they have the $4 meal. And when you look it up online, it looks like a steal almost too good to be true. But wait, it is too good to be true. I am sorely disappointed in the falsely advertised sandwiches online because when I got my sandwich, it was barely a junior sandwich. I could have eaten 3 of those. It was barely an appetizer. It was slightly bigger than a slider. In my opinion, but if you look on the pictures, they look like a big ol' sandwich. So I'm a little disappointed in that plus the lady in the drive through was about as rude as she could possibly have been when I was asking for more time to look over the menu. She noticeably sighed and was like, oh whatever. Then, it took like, three times of me saying, are you there to get her to come back on?And when she did, i could tell she just wasn't into working to drive through right then

  Ordered from Uber Eats. Part of my order was missing, the Baconzilla. Very disappointed with how the issue was not resolved. Usually I like Rally's but missing the most important part of my order and not properly resolving the issue is unprofessional. This may or may not be Rally's fault, but it affects me using them again or ordering again.
