  Place sucks don’t recommend it. they make you wait for your food say it will be three to five minutes and 15 minutes later they bring out your food out and it’s wrong. I bought two apple pies and only got one in the bag smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ they need to learn how to count

  I took my kids to this location for lunch on Friday February 20th. It was the WORST experience. Even my 15 year old son was baffled by the customer service we received. The man at the window was a brotha which was surprising to me, I was rooting for him but NOPE. I asked if the kids meal for my kiddo had bbq sauce and he stated, “I don’t know I didn’t pack it.” Your job regardless is to check the bag and ensure your customers receive their food, napkins and condiments. He basically threw the sauce at me and slammed the window. I was shocked and sat there for a minute to process what just happened. HORRIBLE. I want to say I won’t go back but I’m all about giving people mercy and chopping it up that it was a busy shift and he wasn’t all himself. One more chance Rally’s.

  Richard was absolutely terrible today. His customer service is absolutely abhorrent. And the girl Kimberly kept closing the walkout windows so fast that we couldn't finish asking questions or clarify things about our order before she had shut her order windows. Richard was rude, short fused, and out right unpleasant to deal with. They messed up our order snd rather than fixing it they lied to us and told us it was the correct size drink when it was in fact a small instead of a medium

  The quality has went way down. Does anybody else notice these guys only serve cold food? The bread is never warmed up, cheese is always cold. And the meat feels like it's been in the microwave for hours. This food reminds me of high school cafeteria. I never get a warm meal out of this place. Are they scared we're going to burn ourselves? Why does all your food come out so cold besides the fries...... Trash

  Ordered in the drive through the lady taking my order was very rude and didn’t seem to like her job. I didn’t get her name but my experience there was awful, they completely got my order wrong and I didn’t realize until I got home which was a 20 minute drive. I spoke to the general manager and the only thing they can do was remake it and have me come back but who was going to compensate me for all the wasted gas and time? Maybe if their employees were a bit more competent and actually cared about their job they’d do it better. Absolute waste of money and the food I did get I couldn’t even eat because they put pickles in everything when I specifically asked them not to.
