I ordered the big dinner box, and despite waiting 5-10m for the guys in the back to notice me (I didn’t want to be rude and assumed they were busy), I took my food, excited to eat my pizza, only to find monstrosity of a pizza lol. All the sausage was in the middle, the pizza was literally sticking to the cardboard, and it looked like it may have fallen? Idk, and it definitely didn’t look like it was cooked fully. Anyway, I was so taken back at first and then called immediately, and I guess I was kinda expecting a half ass sorry, but all I got was “Do you want a refund?” 🙄 I said yes, and he said okay, give it a few days. It’s been a week, and nothing. But the lovely guy I spoke with today was very helpful and didn’t make me feel like a total asshole for bothering him. If I can, I’ll post the picture lol.

Told him I was there to pu and he told me that I had already picked it up. Nope! The mgr was argumentative, & said that the person came in & described my CUSTOM PIZZA ORDER! Again ..very doubtful. He finally decided he would remake my order & I had to wait. When it was done the other employee, basically threw each pizza in the box. Then he grabbed a cup of sauce to put w/ bread sticks I ordered, dropped it on the dirty floor, picked it up and was about to put it in my box of food 🤢. There was even more to it than that..but that's the highlights of this nightmare. The bad thing is this location is 500 ft from my house and really convenient. Still I doubt I will go back. They also REFUSED to tell me there names but it wasn't hard to find out. Alexander and Jaqua( not sure about the latter spelling)
