I ordered for delivery (in AUGUST 2025), which I thought was the Casa Grande Location to deliver to Florence. Somehow I placed a $51 order and it sent to this location on Dobson Rd in Mesa...No one called me to acknowledge the error... so I called to find out what the deal was, and let them know that I wasn't sure why the order went to them. The gal I spoke to said it was no problem and that my card WOULDNT be charged... oh but it was! I have been trying for 3 months to get them to refund my damn money! I got a call back in September from who said he was the GM and would refund my money promptly and apologized for the delay. I have sent several emails and tried to call various times and still NO REFUND! I am not sure why they can't seem to do what they know was their error! I am sure most would say... it's just $51 but it's the point of it! There is ZERO reason for them to continue to hold my $ hostage! Refund my money already!! I don't even live in the state anymore - Even less concern to them! So tired of crooked businesses!
