It can get frustrating having to explain directions to someone for 20 minutes on how to get to your home. Before they finally just leave your order at some random apartment complex and call it a day. Instead of getting convenience with your dinner you get frustration and no food! Yay!

When I got there, the pizza was cut incorrectly and the employee showed zero empathy. Instead of an apology, they rolled their eyes and acted frustrated even though the mistake was on their end. Because of this, I ended up waiting an additional 10+ minutes while I was already starving and had planned ahead specifically to avoid a delay. I’m not upset about an honest mistake, mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of customer service made the experience frustrating. A simple apology and some professionalism would have made a huge difference.
