We couldn’t order a hot chocolate without being a member. This is the worst idea for customers. This will make me come less due to the inconvenience, not make us come more. The coffee tastes burnt. The hot chocolate lid was cracked and as a result, it dropped out of our child’s hand and we had a bad start to the day. The staff did not look at the lids/the company ordered crap lids that cracked. The management also forced us to be members to order the hot chocolate. Not a better deal. They literally refused to provide us hot chocolate without being a member.
