The coffee was cold my wife’s first grilled cheese didn’t even have melted cheese. My French dipper sandwich had a few crumbles of beef, no slices, just tiny pieces. The “a jus” was French onion soup, an odd, but acceptable, spin on the original. Nothing was served anywhere near hot. The only bright spot was the return of the Asian sesame chicken salad and it is still good, as are the baguettes. This location needs to pay some serious attention to cleanliness.

The atmosphere is so welcoming/ environment full life & movement instead of stagnancy . My environment contributions to remind the workers here to not work too hard / it’s okay to operate in your own speed , simply by using one simple example phrase “Don’t Work Too Hard”. It places a smile upon their faces & alerts them to slow down which gives them sense of ease & peace. I come here daily to perform my own as graphic designer & content creator & recording artist. My mother was simply trying to ask a question about the breakfast menu at 9 AM, and the associate Melissa at the Signal Butte location snapped back with, “Well, there’s the menu, read it,” before strutting off with the most disrespectful, nasty attitude imaginable. I’m blown away that someone this rude, unfriendly, and downright miserable is even allowed to work in customer service. This grown woman acted like basic human decency was too much effort. I pray for people like her, sadly I will never set foot in Panera again. Treating my mother — who is nothing but kind and polite — like that is absolutely unacceptable. Do better.
