  The ladies up front were wonderful. I must admit I came in thinking it was a sushi place, and felt dumb when I realized its pacific island food with spam sushi. I almost walked out of embarrassment, but the placed smelled incredible and another customer told me what great food it was. Im so glad I didnt leave because this is some of the best pacific island food I've had in a very very long time. If you dont know ehat to get, get the variety plate. Everything is delicious and I cant wait to go back! Thank you ladies for being so kind and walking me through what you served!! And thank you for making it to go when I kept flip flopping on dine in or out, but still let me know it would be okay to order to go and still stay and eat. Thank you thank you!

  Elizabeth helped make my birthday night extra special. I am so thankful I made the choice of Pacific Rim Fresh Island Cuisine for my birthday this year. She helped answer any questions I had on the menu with a very detailed response which intrigued my appetite every time! Phenomenal food, wonderful staff, and a very positive atmosphere to enjoy the food in. Thank you Pacific Rim and Sushi 🫶

  Me and my cousin decided to visit this place this past weekend after a card show in Mesa. We saw it on TikTok and decided to try their food. When we arrived, the atmosphere was very friendly and inviting, the cashier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose the super combo plate. This plate comes with barbecue beef, ribs, char siu chicken, spicy chicken, rice, and macaroni salad. The food was absolutely incredible! flavorful, fresh, and the portions were very generous. I’m normally not a big fan of macaroni salad, but this one was extraordinary. All the meat was juicy and grilled to perfection.. While we were eating, we couldn’t Help but notice that most customers that came in were greeted with a smile and a hug! so you can They have a great amount of returning customers who obviously love this place! The food was so good. I had to get some to go plates to bring to my family and have them try it. They loved it as well! This will now be a staple if I’m ever in Mesa which happens to be this Friday for a game night with some friends 😂 Forget those big chain Hawaiian restaurants give this local family shop a try and you will not be disappointed!

  We loved our experience here! The staff were amazing and the restaurant was so comfortable (mom & pop shop) vibe. Elizabeth the general manager was such a huge help and answered all of our questions! Loved the food! Our favorite was the Pacific Rim platter! We tried dessert and the tarts are amazing and so fresh! All the meat was cooked so tender and had such delicious flavor! Loved all the sides as well! It was our first time having Hawaiian food and I would give an easy 10/10 for the four of us! If you are looking for delicious Hawaiian food & a genuine experience this is the place to go!

  This was my second time ordering a poke bowl from here. The first experience was great, which is why I decided to come back, but this last visit was extremely disappointing. Every single piece of fish in my bowl had large, tough tendons running through it, making it nearly impossible to chew. It was honestly gag-worthy and completely inedible. I called immediately after picking up my order to ask for either a refund or a replacement, since I had just left the store, but I was told “that’s just the type of cut.” That response didn’t make sense to me, considering I ordered the same item on two different days and only had this issue the second time. We even called the next morning to speak with a manager and were given the same explanation, with no effort to make it right. It ended up being a complete waste of $15 since we couldn’t eat any of the protein in the bowl. Between the poor quality of the fish and the lack of customer service, this was a really disappointing experience.
