Delicious food got the hawaiian plate everything was so yummy. I definitely need to go back and try dessert. The women talking to me was so nice she said they are opening a location in Surprise and she is going to be the GM. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

I’ve had some amazing Hawaiian food, but this place is definitely the best! I tried the spicy garlic chicken, and just writing about it makes my mouth water. The owner was so friendly and chatted with us the whole time. You absolutely have to check this out—it’s a hidden gem!

This place is the BEST! The food is always a 10/10, so fresh and tasty! Everyone is so kind, and their pride in their work shows! Best poke spot in AZ! Be sure to try the mango cheesecake!

DO NOT COME HERE. This is by far the worst Hawaiian restaurant i’ve ever been to, and i’ve been to plenty. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a burnt aroma resulted from them burning the chicken and other food, brought to you by the most miserable looking “chef” on the planet, who, similar to all the other employees don’t greet you. The prices aren’t fair at all for the quality of the food, especially when your food is cold. The portion size is terrible, they gave me a half a scoop of both rice and mac salad, and the chicken sits on an old bed of cabbage. The katsu sauce tastes like straight syrup, it’s literally the worst sauce i’ve ever had. The rice is soggy, and the mac salad needs salt. Oddly, you have to pay for teriyaki sauce, which is sometimes customary, but for a literal premade aloha sauce that makes no sense. To cap it off, the person who i was with received her chicken katsu with literally triple the portions I did, but as she dug in, she found a CURLY BLACK HAIR. When we flagged down the woman at the front, she first denied the hair was there, stating it was a piece of cabbage, I don’t understand how she could confuse a piece of cabbage with a hair. She then realized it was a hair, took it to the chef, where he stared at the plate for roughly 30 seconds, before mumbling some words, handing it back to the woman, and going to the restroom, COMPLETELY UNBOTHERED. The woman came back to ask if we wanted another plate, but who wants to eat a plate from the same place who literally left a hair in your food? We asked for a partial refund, to which she wasn’t happy about. Seemingly, she called the owner, and gave me a partial refund of $15. Terrible customer service. Sidebar, perhaps the entire vibe of the place is a result of their “back the blue” banner, which they proudly sport on their front window, that by itself is enough to get away from the place, it seems counter productive to support a cause in a predominantly diverse area. Terrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE. I’m not sure if this is a money laundering business or something, but clearly there is no want to bette their business is after every constructive review ownership replies in a negative and defensive way. There is a reason why most of the reviews are negative recently, they’re on the decline.

DONT COME HERE. nasty HAIR IN MY FOOD and only a partial refund. lady tried telling me that the hair was cabbage. the area was super unclean and almost made me turn around before i even ordered. not to mention the trashy back the blue banner (explains it all tbh). also the way the owner responds to negative reviews is nasty and unprofessional. QUIT CLAIMING ALOHA SPIRIT. que the “we appreciate honest reviews! we will continue our buisness the way we know.” blah blah blah. that’s why you’ll stay a small business. also if ur front lady has dozens of bad reviews let her go maybe?? don’t come here. Moku Grill, Aloha Kitchen, Ono Hawaiian or literally anywhere is better. also the katsu sauce tasted like cinnamon?? bye. Edit: Wow. the funny part is YOUR EMPLOYEE even ACKNOWLEDGED that it WAS A HAIR and said ”yeah i can imagine you’re grossed out i get it”. i also smiled at the lady and was gracious. im not stupid enough to mistake A BLACK CURLY HAIR. also even if it was a cloth fiber who wants that? so you’re literally lying lol. so unprofessional to take no accountability and to say i have a bad attitude. stay mad and stay broke little boy.
