  The lady at the counter is nasty! No customer service what so ever! just rude! I checked out the reviews on this place after my experience and everyone has the same complaint about this place and the rude woman at the counter. what's even more pathetic is reading the replies from the owner to the customer reviews. Very defensive and also rude! Take some accountability for your staff and business! You went on about being a marine corp and how ppl miss the sign on the wall and being a family owned business, the owner even told one customer to go eat at hawaiian bros. What you fail to acknowledge and realize your business will continue to be a small family owned business and never be as successful as hawaiian bros if you continue to run your business this way regardless if the food is good or not. the service is terrible and unacceptable. Do better!!!!

  Tried this place based on a recommendation by a coworker. First impression was the hispanic lady at the register, very unwelcoming and not personable at all. Still proceeded to order. Long wait time for food however I was appreciative that the food was made to order and fresh, but then I literally watched the rude hispanic woman making the food (kitchen literally next to the register and can see the food being prepared) wearing no gloves and then sneezes right on the food she was preparing! Do not eat here! this is the nastiest thing i’ve ever witnessed at an establishment on top of the horrible customer service. I literally took the food and threw it in the trash upon leaving. Very disappointed didn’t even waste time getting a refund .. HEALTH DEPARTMENT

  I recently learned from a reliable source that this restaurant is keeping the tips that customers leave for the servers. If that’s true, it’s outrageous. Tips are meant for the workers who actually earn them not the management. As a customer, I tip because I want to support the person who served me. If those tips are being kept by the restaurant, then they are taking advantage of both the staff and the customers. That’s dishonest, unethical, and shows a complete lack of integrity. If a business can’t even respect the people who work for them or be transparent about money that customers are intentionally giving to the workers, then that says everything I need to know. I won’t support a place that treats its staff and its customers this way.

  Lived here for over 10 years and have never had good Hawaiian food until today! Sometime I fly to Hawaii to get food and come back to Az! Today my husband and I ordered the PAC Rim combo plate, Deep Fried Spam Musubi, Fried Garlic Ahi Pokè & Chantilly cake! Everything was 10/10!! The best…. Hands down, the best in town! Highly recommend!!!

  So yummy! We got the combo plate and the Hawaiian plate, and both were delicious! I love how the meats in the combo plate were marinated, and the salmon component of the Hawaiian plate tasted amazing. You can tell the owners and staff put a lot of love into this spot, and it shows in the quality of the food and service. (:
