  Ashley is an amazing server!! Always gets our food out quick and she is super sweet as well! Always a great time at Outback thanks to their awesome servers! Kylie is also an amazing server and will make you smile any day of the week!

  My waiter was terrible. He was not friendly. Seemed to only want to get us fed and out. My steak was grizzly and undercooked. My wife's salmon was good. We had no wait time. Location was good. Tablegames were fun even if it cost us an extra 2.99.

  I wish that I had known how bad this place has become before going here. Went here for my birthday and watched other people get seated that came in after we did. Then, saw our waitress once in the beginning when she took our order and then waited an hour for our food. I ordered a ribeye medium rare but it had been overcooked and I could tell that it had been sitting for a while. My boyfriend got the filet mignon that was also overcooked. I had them take mine back and refused the managers offer for anything else out of fear for another hour wait. We were told there was an unexpected party of 24 that came in and that is why we never saw our server again and no one explained this until I refused my food. My boyfriend did not finish his entire meal. Next time, we’re going to Texas Roadhouse.

  3 of us ordered fillets.. 2 of them med rare, 1 med well. The med rare ones came put beautiful.. plump and cooked just right but the med well was maybe 1/2 thick compared to the others at 2 inches and cooked well. Brought this to the attention of our server but he just argued with us.. to the point we were all uncomfortable in ordering the replacement he ended up offering. It was our parent's 62 wedding anniversary and it was my Mom's steak. After a bit I found the manager and explained what had happened and she graciously removed Mom's meal from the bill. However, the server never returned.. no refills, no further service. Very dosappointed. We left without considering dessert.

  I just want to say that I think Kialee is one of the best servers that I have ever met. She is always quick to recognize her regular customers and knows exactly what their preferences are. Sometimes it almost seems like she is reading my mind….. Although my favorite Outback has a number of better than average servers I believe she is no doubt the best of the bunch! One of the things I enjoy about Kialee is that she goes a step beyond her server job and actually develops a personal relationship with her favorite customers. I will admit there are times I make sure she is available before I stop by for a meal. I often use her as a sounding board and look forward to hearing her advice on certain subjects. I have brought guests in with me for a meal a number of times and she always goes the extra step to make sure they are comfortable and happy with their choices and with the quality of their food. So what do I know about servers……….well I currently eat out 7 - 8 times per week and before I retired I was a Supplier Quality Engineer for implantable medical devices and I spent 22+ years traveling around the USA and Puerto Rico visiting and auditing component suppliers which required a lot of meals in restaurants. In addition, I have been on 40 cruises and experienced some very good service during those vacations as well. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Kialee to any of my family or friends!!!
