Listen. I don’t usually write reviews, but when you hand me a moldy sandwich, you’ve activated something ancient in my blood. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich. SIMPLE. Bread, meat, maybe a little nagging from the missus about my waistline, but so what i work 40 a week. What I got instead looked like it had been forgotten since the last Bruins playoff run—which, by the way, DON’T GET ME STARTED ON.
I open the wrapper and BAM—black fuzz. Not lettuce. Not some “new artisan feature.” MOLD. The kinda mold that makes you wonder how long them kids working the fryer been ignoring the dates.
Now I’m standing there holding this thing thinking, “Is this what we’ve become as a society?” I mean, I already gotta deal with my favorite hockey team missing the playoffs last year (AGAIN) now you’re telling me I gotta play Russian roulette with my lunch too? What’s next, kid, the fries got athlete’s foot?
And don’t hit me with the fake apology voice either. “Sorry about that, sir.” Yeah? I’m sorry I had expectations. I’m sorry I trusted you with BREAD. I could’ve stayed home, yelled at the TV, eaten a can of beans like a man, and been safer.
One star because I survived. Barely.
Do better. Disappointed. Say hello to your mother for me.

Worse location and unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house. Last week I had waited 45 mins for 2 sausage egg muffins and 1 order of hotcakes. Last night I go and get a family big Mac meal and they forgot half of it. I called and “left a voicemail” with no call back. I hope this location goes out of business.

Literally every single time i come here. Something is wrong with the order. They make you wait in the front for about 5-15 mins even when they ain't busy. Even when you use the app. Employees seem to have an attitude when asked whats taking so long. By far the worst McDonald’s in Arizona

Worst customer service I have ever received at McDonalds. When ordering coffee, one would expect to be served HOT coffee. I guess it not apparent to these entitled employee at McDonalds. The little girl at the window had a huge problem with customers asking for hot coffee.
