Here is my review: Room for Improvement: Tech Issue: 1 Star A kiosk failed to put my order through. Another one had a visual defect of bars across the screen, so I did not use it... confidence in those kiosks is low; but I'm sure they do simplify things when they work right. Atmosphere: 1 Star Cigarette butts and trash in the lobby... enough said. I think they just need to be reminded kindly of the low bar for social norms such as picking up your own trash here in Mesa, AZ; and the need for more routine lobby cleaning that is the result of that. The Good Stuff: Service: 5 Stars I have not had any McDonald's in 7 years, and only got it today because I dropped my car off at a mechanic across the street... me giving the service "5 Stars" is the whole point of my review. They put my simple $5-$6 "SauEgg McMuffin and Hash Brown with S Coffee + Cream & Sugar" order in fast, and got it to me fast. This fits the initial idea of McDonald's ~ roughly having orders ready before you order by having key items prepared. True to the mission of the brand. Good on them. My thanks! Food: 5 Stars Nothing wrong with what I ordered. 100% as expected. THX! OVERALL: 3 Stars The tech and lobby issues knocked it down 2 of the 5 stars.
