This place will eventually get someone sick. Then they’ll hire a manager that actually cares about food returns. It will be to late! Kayden (if that the managers name) is the worst! He has no clue regarding customer service. Please be careful eating from this place. I purchased this at 6:00 AM. No excuse for meat to look like it was cooked last night. The patty was very dry and super thin. This is not fresh people. Nobody deserves to contribute money to this place and receive expired food in exchange.This is the second breakfast sandwich brought back within 3 minutes.

Went there for breakfast 12/3/2025 and we ordered a bacon bagel and a breakfast platter, we picked up at the second window and they read the order back to us… fine . We went around the corner and opened the order. first of all no utensils, no salt, napkins, butter, etc. had to eat with my fingers. 2nd of all the eggs on both was unidentifiable, looked like square squishy sponges , definitely 3d printed,bioengineered something even had what appeared to be coated in plastic ? ….. disgusting! No more McDonald’s for us !

How the hell are you still making my order when I ordered in the app beforehand. I got to the counter and no one came up to the counter to inquire about my order and I literally waited 15 minutes for an order that I placed 10 minutes ago. Literally almost half an hour for a stupid mcgriddle and a coffee. Not to mention when I opened it there was Literally a small group of ants in the bag. You should be reported and retrained because that was the most nastiest experience I have ever had.
