  I visited Luna Grill in Eastmark tonight and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Cali pita wrap with fries. The wrap was a good size and delicious. The spicy sauce they put on it was very good. I was full after eating it. The fries were very good too. The cashier, Becca, was fantastic. She was friendly, very helpful, and made sure I picked the right wrap to order. It’s rare these days to find restaurants that provide such great friendly customer service—most are just average—but Becca truly went above and beyond the call to make my visit to Luna Grill a very good experience. I’ll definitely be going back to this place again, and I hope Becca will wait on me again next time. Great food and I especially liked their chocolate chunk cookies!!! Those were delicious.

  First time here and liked the food, but was especially impressed by the excellent customer service of a young woman named Mercy. I ordered a Greek salad with shrimp, and asked for no onions. The dish was delivered by Mercy and she eagerly offered to remake the dish, but I opted to just have the onions removed. The kitchen did so quickly, and Mercy offered me a treat for the mistake. At my request, she also delivered a small cup of hummus for the pitas. Her delightful smile and attitude made my experience fantastic... thanks Mercy!!!

  I’ve been to Luna grill in Orange County and was happy to see one opening locally. I’ve been twice, once right after they opened and it was a lot better. Then I went back early Feb and the experience was not nearly as good. The chicken was dry and over done and barely even warm. There were a lot of staff but it still took over 20 mins and there wasn’t anyone in front of me. The foh staff were standing around joking with each other even blatantly taking bites of food . There seemed to be no sense of urgency. You could expect this at Macdonald’s but spending $25 for a plate of food you would think they could do better. Which I know they can. Hopefully other Az locations coming soon won’t be as bad. I won’t be back anytime soon.

  I know mistakes happen but so frequently with online orders businesses do not pay attention to the selections customers make on their orders. I cant stand pickles they make me gag just smelling them. I clicked no pickles and yet there are pickles in my food. I tried to eat it anyways but just couldn't get through it without feeling sick and I know all you pickle lovers are rolling your eyes at me but if you specifically ask for an ingredient to be omitted then it should be. Very dissapointed especially for the cost.

  **5/5 Stars – Fantastic Mediterranean spot with standout service!** We stopped by Luna Grill in Eastmark (Mesa) last week and it was easily one of the best fast-casual meals we've had in a while. The place is bright, clean, and modern—perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. I got the chicken kabob plate with garlic sauce, and my partner went for the steak kabob bowl. Everything was cooked over an open flame just right—juicy, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. The sides (especially the rice and the fresh Mediterranean salad) were generous and tasted super fresh. The warm pita bread was soft and came out hot. You can really tell they use high-quality, clean ingredients. But what made the visit exceptional was the service from **Mercy**! She greeted us with a huge smile, was super knowledgeable about the menu (helped us customize our orders without missing a beat), and checked on us multiple times even though it was busy. She made sure our sauces were exactly how we liked them and even brought extra napkins without us asking. Her energy was infectious—she made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal. Shoutout to Mercy for going above and beyond; she's a gem! This is now our go-to spot for healthy, delicious Mediterranean food in southeast Mesa. We'll definitely be back soon—probably multiple times! Highly recommend, especially if you want great food + awesome service. Thanks, Luna Grill team (and especially Mercy)! Keep it up! 🌟
