  Food was delicious, the portions were large. The sauce options offered something new. The cilantro sauce was great. ordered a plate and one gyro on the side, two drinks and came to $40. The plate I ordered a salad and fries, where it was lacking was presentation as the gyro meat was on top of the fries and salad and salad was buried. Very fresh and clean atmosphere. Service was great. The staff checked on us often and brought ketchup and box, even though it is not a completely sit down restaurant (order at the counter). Overall we will return.

  First time at this Luna Grill and it was good but not great. I had requested Chipotle sauce on one order and when I went to check the order for accuracy it was not there. When I asked the rep she said, “Oh, we are out of it. I asked what they put in instead and it was the standard Taz. Sauce. Would have been nice to know instead of discovering their choice. I had called in the order to go and It was the only order sitting on their To-Go shelf. No one at the counter, so I was looking at the ticket to confirm it was my order and finally a rep came out and said, Can I help you. I explained what I was doing and then discovered the switch on sauces. Definitely run different than our stores in San Diego. That is the reason for less 5 stars. The food was delicious, though.

  Been 2 times and had issues both times! 1st time waited extremely long over 30 min to get my food which was one gyro and fries ...was eating in the restaurant...no explanation or apology for delayed service ..the were new so i gave them another chance .......2nd chance Was to go order ...2 gyro and 2 fry ...easy order ...waited 40+min ended up sitting at a table it was taking so long ...went to counter to inquire about my order ...waited another 5 min and was handed a bag of food (opened it up before i left and was missing the 2 fries) went back to counter w my receipt and they proceeded to go check their screen where the orders are placed and talked another 10 min between themselves trying to figure out how it was missed all the while my food i had was getting cold ! I just wanted my fries and to go home to eat ! Figure it out on your own time !!

  It appears to be management is yelling and degrading empolyees as I sit in the store waiting for my food right now. Having the audacity to yell in front of customers makes me wonder how empolyees are treated behind closed doors. I literally heard the White lady in a bun tell an empolyee "its my job to yell at you" its giving immature and not emotionally inteligent enough to hold a proper conversation. Shame on you and the Asian lady (who was yelling the most and is definitely the manager) for being nasty. I hope karma comes fast, its so easy to be kind and give proper constructive criticism. I will be honest, the only thing I ordered was the loaded fries with gryo meat and it was fantastic. More fries would have been nice though, since it was $15. I don't think my morals will allow me to be back anytime soon however.

  Ordered family platter meal. Huge rip off. 10 shrimp and 9 pieces of chicken. Greek salad is pathetic. Have eaten greek salads for 30 years so know what a greek salad should look and taste like. Theirs is with SPRING WEEDY MIX, no chunks of feta. Just gross. Taziki sauce is bizarre. It is 5 stars mouth on fire sauce. Today ordered falafal and grape leaves. I got 2 orders of falafal, no grape leaves. Called manager. Told me they ran out of grape leaves and subbed falafal without informing me. Taziki sauce is 5 stars mouth on fire hot which is bizarre. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS GREEK JOKE RESTAURANT AGAIN! If you want to throw your money down the toilet order from this restaurant. No way is it 4.7 stars!!!!
