    I go in to this store often and the staff is always friendly. Store is clean and inviting.

    3 on atmosphere only because I have only ordered delivery from this location. Food gets a 2 because first time ordered nontoasted subs- it was great. Last night ordered 2 subs (toasted) and it was almost unchewable. Bread was browned not toasted or grilled but stale dry brown overcooked, day old bread. Service gets 2 because on one hand they are fast to deliver, on the other they are not very understanding of the problems with their product when brought to their attention. It was $40 for 2 sandwiches, one soda and chips. Plus a fair tip, and it sucked. I have had the same sub from different locations delivered, and it wasn't overbaked like this was. That's what is so frustrating. Quality control👎Customer Service 👎

    Cockroach on counter-While ordering a couple of the girls behind the counter were acting odd that they saw a bug, I asked what kind and she claimed she didn't know. They were giggling and the I saw that it was a Cockroach on the counter, cashier lied, and claimed not to know what it was. I then asked them to void my sandwich That was originally my birthday reward and they acted super annoyed as if it was my fault . I did call corporate, no answer and had to leave a voicemail

    Very disappointed. We come to this location all of the time, but this time the bread was rock hard on both sandwiches. One was burnt on one end and had a hole in it. Sumbitted an official survey and was in communication with customer service via Twitter. Even got an email response from the official survey saying that the info had been passed on the the franchise to get the issue taken care of. Its been about 2 weeks now, and I let them know that I had still not heard from the store (like they told me to do.) I got a response of "well, it's up to the franchise to fix the issue." Well all correspondence goes to the company then sent to the franchise, i have no direct contact with them? Sandwiches were completely inedible, and I am quite disappointed with the customer service at this point.
