    El Pollo Loco has changed the packaging for carryout, which allows the pinto bean juice to run into the chicken tray. I have ended up with soggy chicken the last three times I have been there. If they don’t fix their packaging to prevent this, they will have lost me as a customer. And I have always loved their chicken and beans but not combined in one dish/bowl!!!

    Don't go right before closing time... what you order ends up resembling what used to be chicken at one point throughout the day/ night... what you get in your order is more or less compared to the turkey that the Griswalds have for Christmas Dinner in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation

    This is the best store I have beem to so far...the double chicken tostada is one if my favorites as well as the queso bowl The chicken is cut in cubes with mo grizzy fat. Another store I went to had lots of ends and grizzle. The staff is friendly too! Krep up the great work and we will return over and over again!!!
