- CCCelina ChristineDec 24, 20251.0this is the worst einstein location to go to, every time i go in my order is always wrong but unfortunately this is the closest one to me. i usually just eat what they give me because i don’t have time to have them remake it but today is the first day i actually went back to get my order fixed and the older man who works there was incredibly rude, mind you he’s not even the one who originally made my sandwich so im not sure what his issue was. not only was he rude but he STILL made my order wrong after i told him multiple times. i never have this issue at any location besides this one.

From the friendly and fast service, I love how clean and always stocked up it always it. But my favorite is how prepared they are with regulars and how they remember us. Thank you for your kindness and yummy bagels! Shout out to the kind lady and young man working the first opening shift :)
- JWJaylan WallaceDec 4, 20251.0Good morning So I went to this location yesterday morning my finance and service dog with me as well I had just given him a bath so he didn’t have his vest on long story short when we walked into this establishment we were not greeted at all btw I stood right next to the trash can with my dog by the front entrance but (Mr.Scott) in the most aggressive irritable way told me no dogs allowed with the meanest look so me not trying to be confrontational went outside I have all my documentation for my service dog right here in my phone if Mr Scott would of took the time out to ask I’m he would of known let me remind you there no sign in front of restaurant door that says no dog cats or anything allowed how many times have we all seen dogs sitting in the lobby of this establishment I can name a few I truly believe if it wasn’t for me been a young black male now Mr Scott judged a book by its cover by thinking I was just an average black typical male work on our approach Mr.Scott we are all not the same at all not the same if yoy would asked if she was I would of told you she a very popular female husky we do a lot of work with animal foundations threw out the country thank you for your time
