I only get rebels from Dutch Bros for the most part and I only ever have a problem with this location. The rebels do nothing, there is never any fizz or bubbles. I only come to this location once in a blue moon, this is the only location it happens at.

A manager needs to speak to the girl that’s at window right now 1/24/2026 it’s 1pm got here around 12:25 & just now leaving with 2 drinks I’ve witness 2 people leaving the store 2 messed up drinks 1 of which was in the drive thru the lady came off asked for a remake & she told the lady to wait back in line either in drive or at the window the girl with the dark brown hair with blonde came out & remade her drink & got her out the way she was very nice went above & beyond another lady who was waiting for 40 mins for a pick up order told the girl & she was just giving attitude no apology nothing that same nice girl was called helped her & got her out the way I was called for my drink I asked for straws she gave them to me w an attitude ofcourse & I was giving the wrong drink no whip cream I took the drink just told her to put whip again no sorry or anything she just took the drink & gave it back to me spilled like really? Don’t know what’s up with her attitude but a manager needs to speak her I wanted to ask for a refund but didn’t want to wait another half hour in line I’ll never come here again

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
