For one, the workers actually seemed happy to be there && they were pretty efficient bc the drive thru looked long when I got in line, but went by pretty fast (which I loved). Also I don’t normally like coffee but their energy drinks are soo so so worth it!! Also the pin they give fully made my day. Like 10/10 as an east coast girl I def see and agree with the hype

Customer service is not there from the walk up window as they always have attitude and act like they dont want to be there. I recommend going to location on crismon they are 100%.

- MSmark sJan 20, 20262.0I have tried to be patient with this location as there has been staffing changes over the past few months, but I can’t justify spending this amount of money on drinks that are never made properly and have zero flavor. The baristas are not mixing the drinks the way they should and usually just end up tasting bitter and watery. Even non coffee drinks and rebels are not being made with the correct measurements. I understand that we all make mistakes but the attitude from one of the new girls when trying to explain that she forgot whipped cream and blatantly saying no was so incredibly rude. Every time I come back here the drinks are made worse and worse and I don’t think I can continue to spend my money at this location because the drinks cannot be made right.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
