  I stopped here on a Saturday morning for order pickup and it took forever. At least 20 mins past pick up time. Watched the 2 people prepping drinks for the walk up line. The boy looked like he was being trained by the older woman and he would scratch his face and hair over the ice under the counter. I almost asked to have my order canceled but I had waited too long. Will not return to this location.

  Was here today and had the best experience McKyla made my drink and served me, she was amazing and outgoing!! Hope to see her next time!!!

  Had my first bad experience at this location. Person didn't listen when we made our order. 30 seconds later they asked again, " What type of drink did you want?" Then, while waiting for our order with my 5 and 9 year old, employees were cursing at each other inside saying the F word multiple times in front of my kids. I said before I left...It's inappropriate to talk like that at work, specially when i have kids in my car. Thought Dutch Bros was different, friendly, energetic, customer service oriented. I think they are a JOKE! NEVER going back to this location. Hopefully someone manages them soon....

  We arrived at 10:40PM on January 10th and waited in line for our turn. There were three cars in front us and mind you, they took took forever to serve those three cars in front of us. No sense of urgency to take care of the people they were helping. We were the last car in line and by the time we got to the window, Mikyla, or whatever her name is, the girl with brown hair that was up in bun and glasses, rudely locked the window after seeing we had pulled up and acted like we were an inconvenience. It was 10:59 by the time we got to the window since they were working at a snails pace. She said they were closed and they had already put everything up. Again, it was 10:59 and the car in front of us just drove away so there's no way they would have put everything away and closed their stations down like she said. I've worked in customer service and food and from my previous experience working in this industry, we serve everyone that's in line and then we close. Mikyla was very unprofessional and had no good excuse when I mentioned it was 10:59. Kept stuttering her words like an incompetent person and just said they're closed. She probably shouldn't be working in food if this is her attitude towards paying customers and terrible face of your company working in the drive-thru. You guys make drinks and not meals. It's not that hard and it doesn't take that long. I will never go to this location again and I will let everyone I know to refrain from going to this location unless you want a very unpleasant experience. Very unpleasant workers and from reading others reviews, it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. Do better
