  We arrived at 10:40PM on January 10th and waited in line for our turn. There were three cars in front us and mind you, they took took forever to serve those three cars in front of us. No sense of urgency to take care of the people they were helping. We were the last car in line and by the time we got to the window, Mikyla, or whatever her name is, the girl with brown hair that was up in bun and glasses, rudely locked the window after seeing we had pulled up and acted like we were an inconvenience. It was 10:59 by the time we got to the window since they were working at a snails pace. She said they were closed and they had already put everything up. Again, it was 10:59 and the car in front of us just drove away so there's no way they would have put everything away and closed their stations down like she said. I've worked in customer service and food and from my previous experience working in this industry, we serve everyone that's in line and then we close. Mikyla was very unprofessional and had no good excuse when I mentioned it was 10:59. Kept stuttering her words like an incompetent person and just said they're closed. She probably shouldn't be working in food if this is her attitude towards paying customers and terrible face of your company working in the drive-thru. You guys make drinks and not meals. It's not that hard and it doesn't take that long. I will never go to this location again and I will let everyone I know to refrain from going to this location unless you want a very unpleasant experience. Very unpleasant workers and from reading others reviews, it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. Do better

  We got to dutch bros at 10:40 and waited in line til 10:58 and the worker mckayla or whatever said were closed when we were in like for 20 minutes and they gave the person in front their drinks and said to us that they already have everything cleaned and put away and they couldn't make our drink we were the last in line.

  I’m a regular at Dutch bros, I’d say I go most days but I recently moved and this Dutch is the one I go to often. But every time I’ve gone they are slow and it’s like it’s their first day working… I decided to give them several chances but everytime I go the line is long and takes forever to move, many time there isn’t even anyone taking orders out side and where the lines merge is a mess. My husband also usually gets a OG Grand Canyon with soft top and it’s always come with caramel drizzle but this Dutch constantly leaves it off. I even order it with caramel drizzle now and they still don’t add it without having to be reminded. So sad that we aren’t near our old Dutch.. the one on Higley and the 60 is far superior and the staff was always great.
