    Not happy with how all my stuff was packaged. I got donut holes and 5 additional donuts. They shoved all my donuts and donut holes in one small bag with the donut holes being on the bottom and mostly smashed.

    I gave them a chance to fix it and they responded with “it all looks like this because it’s cold” the snacking bacon was OLD not just cold. It crumbled like it had been heated up since Monday.

    This morning around 8 a.m., while driving my 4 year old to school, I stopped at this Dunkin’ and used the drive through. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The drive thru screen was frozen, so I calmly asked what food items were available. I never raised my voice and was not rude at any point. When I pulled up to the window, I asked the employee standing there if she had taken my order, she said no and pointed to another employee (who later identified herself as the manager, Maria). Because my concern was with how the interaction was handled, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Maria stated that she was the manager and flat out refused to provide any supervisor or owner contact information. She initially would not even provide her own name, another staff member had to do so. She then told the staff they would not be serving me and shut the drive through window on me. All of this happened simply because I asked for a supervisor after feeling she was rude. Her staff appeared visibly uncomfortable, almost afraid to speak, which was very concerning. I left in tears with my 4 year old asking why that “man” was so angry. That alone should never happen over a coffee order. To make matters worse, instead of providing the food I had ordered or acknowledging my request for escalation, Maria exited the building and took photos of my license plate. That was completely inappropriate and unsettling. I have already contacted corporate, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Dunkin’, I love your brand but this behavior is not what Dunkin’ stands for. I would like the owner to contact me and to see some kind of action taken. Do better ****** update, this morning right now at 6:30 am said “manager” called me and said so what’s the complaint😐 ^^^^ I’m pretty sure I wrote it out. Whomever the owner is should be upset, why is the manager I complained about calling and accosting me and not identifying herself when asked who this is 2 times…the owner can call me but certainly not the unprofessional joke of a manager Maria…again do better, this 60 year old crazy “manager” should not be calling me period. Corporate will be called yet again about this. What an absolute mess of an establishment

    Zero stars. Go to the Dunkin on Higley and Brown instead!!! I live right by this location and it’s always a bad experience. Today they had no donuts, last time they said they stopped making long John’s. They are always rude. The store is not clean. I drove to the Higley and Brown location today instead and they are wonderful! Clean store, employees who don’t act annoyed I am ordering donuts, they also still make long John donuts because they are a better Dunkin. Don’t waste your time at Gilbert and Brown. It should be closed down by now.

    Typical Dunkin except for two things: 1) Extremely Poor Customer Service: waited over 5 minutes before anyone came to the register. We were the 3rd party in line and no one else was even in the store. Person in front of me finally got upset and left. 2) Quality and Quantity of donuts: there was limited donuts to pick from in Sunday at 10:30AM. We ordered 2 chocolate covered long johns and neither were filled with anything. First time for that
