This is now the fourth time in over three years that we’ve had serious issues at this Dunkin, and nothing has improved.
The first time, I ordered through the app and waited nearly an hour, only to be told they were “out” of my food after the wait. On other visits, the staff has consistently seemed disengaged and unprofessional, and they are frequently out of donuts — even in the morning.
Today on Christmas, we decided to give it another try. It wasn’t very busy, but a van in front of us was blocking us from reaching the speaker. Despite this, an employee rudely asked what we wanted. We tried to answer even though we were clearly too far back to communicate properly, and the employee responded by saying, “Fine, I’m not taking their order.”
When we finally reached the speaker and asked to order, we were told it would be a 10-minute wait even though there were cars behind us. Another employee got on and started taking our order, but then they refused to serve us altogether, even though we were being respectful. The same employee came back and claimed they were out of everything.
We left and went to the Dunkin on Higley, where the staff was much nicer, professional, and efficient, which only highlighted the difference in management.
This location clearly needs serious help. Every visit has involved disrespectful behavior, employees who appear unfocused or uninterested in doing their job, and the store is consistently messy inside. After multiple chances over several years, we won’t be returning to this location.

Hate to be writing this review because I come here daily and its usually fine with some drink inconsistency here and there, but today I placed a mobile order for the first time and ordered a little more than usual: Matcha Latte, Kreme Delight and Glazed Blueberry Donuts, and a Ham and Swiss Croissant, tell me why whichever one of these employees that toasted this croissant burnt the life out of it its not even edible, looked at that and was like yeah this is good to serve, bagged it up and gave it to me. I am in such disbelief I can’t even force myself to eat it and cope, it’s that bad bro. $15 too. And why put the donut that has cream on top in the bag upside down? So unbelievably disappointing.
Update: It’s Dec 31st at 12:40pm and whoever was working the drive thru window today has changed my opinion on this place a lot. Definitely give it a try. Got my order more than perfectly, was beyond nice and had great vibes, I love my order, no complaints from me besides the old one from days and days ago I'm leaving above this update bc that was some treacherous sh. Hope everyone has a great new year!

This place always makes the order wrong. I order the same thing every time and it has never been the same. Sometimes too much creamer sometimes barely any. Extremely disappointing and now they’re even asking for tips. Work on getting your drinks and orders right so it’ll be worth tipping for.

Stopped by to pick up my order at 9am on Wednesday November 17 and was waiting at cashier register for 10 minutes before someone from back came to help at register. There were 3 of us on store waiting in line, and girl in back saw us there and could care less! She was just chit chatting back there with other employers and we were just there waiting to be attended to! Plus was there to pick up my munchkins and and they told me they were all out! Why let me purchase online if I arrive and you have none! Never going back with this aweful service!

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I literally don't know how this location is still open. I've been three times, give the benefit of the doubt. In those three visits my order has never been right, and twice it tasted like it was days-old. Today I ordered donut holes for my students and they shorted the order by 12%. (We counted them out as part of a division problem.) So I'm out. Never going back.
