Team lead Liz bath or whatever her name is is the most rudest person I've ever encountered not only does she lack extremely low people skills but also lacks work ethics and human ethics. I thought Duncan would know better and would have better people processes overall than this.

They charge a dollar to get a cold brew without ice. Ripoff I was a regular 3 or 4 times a week I'm Don DD.

So I tried to tip the barista she told me can't take cash tips, Dunkin you really need to get it together it's non of your business if the barista gets tipped in cash or not another business trying to hold their employees back. I liked Dunkin coffee the most out of all coffee shops but as someone who makes tips I can't support them anymore most definitely not this location anymore.
