Apparently it takes too long and it's a waste of time as he turned me down and 2 other people in the drive thru as I heard him waiting for my drinks. There's a reason they still have baskets because it's too hard for them to make. Don't advertise something you can't make.

This is by far the worst Dunkin'. They need all new employees that can listen and understand a simple order. This location will no longer receive my business.
