I went back to get the correct item, in store this time, and was not acknowledged at all. I had someone walk up to me but didn't speak a single word. I let them know my sandwich was wrong and they took it while walking away, all without speaking to me. When the right order was brought up to me after I was left standing in silence by all of the employees I was greeted again with silence. The employee dropped my item on the counter and walked away without a word. I love dunkin but the standard for customer service is abysmal.
