- LMLucas MatzeJan 21, 20261.0I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s but this one is the worst service I’ve ever received. I can have very specific requests on what I like to order and I hate being rushed when placing orders at a drive thru. So I decided to place an order on the Dunkin’ mobile app to make things easier - less rush and I can make sure any customizations are entered and not forgotten. However, when I pulled up to the drive thru speaker to let them know I was there to pickup my order, I was yelled at by a store employee. I was told that they wouldn’t serve me yet and that I’d need to go around again because I had too recently placed the order. I’d understand if it was a large order but it was just a coffee and 2 non-heated items. And if I was placing the order at the speaker, they wouldn’t tell me to go to the back of the line again. Luckily, when I got to the pickup window, they had my items and another employee gave them to me but I watched this other employee (who I’m pretty sure was the one on the speaker) bring over my coffee and confrontationally stare me down with a stink eye. If past experiences at this store had been better, I’d be willing to overlook this event but they’ve run out of things or not had equipment functional in the past. I hope the franchisee realizes the rotten apples they have in this store’s management team and saves this store before they completely alienate all of the loyal Dunkin’ customers in this area.
