I don't have time to wait for them to fix it I have to get to work. When making drinks fill it up how hard is that? Especially when it cost more then Starbucks!

- KRkarina ridelJan 15, 20261.0Received a drink order with dairy in it even though I specified oat milk as I gave extreme food allergies to dairy. I was given a coffee with dairy products which resulted in me becoming violently ill. I tried to call the store to speak with them but over the course of an hour they did not answer one time. Upon arriving at the location was met with no apologies, nor any help. The barista told me that I didn't look sick so she didn't believe me. I have a violent food allergy to dairy allergens as I was at home in my bathroom for hours. The shift leader then proceeded to offer zero help and told me to leave because I was upset. Of course I was upset, they physically poisoned me, couldn't apologize, couldn't offer their managers information or the franchise information which is what was told I needed from corporate. This location will make you sick and laugh in your face. Worst service, worst food, worst location period.
