Everyone else was getting their food before us even the walk ins and drive through. they only had about 3 orders in the drive through, and 3 walk ins that came after us. it was 20mins before closing and at this point we see that we were the only ones their, the employees were cleaning and stocking up. When we went to ask about our order, the lady Javena who took our order literally lied to our faces and said “oh i didnt know about this order”. Who knew 2 Blizzards could take up ti 35mins, If we didnt say anything about our order we probably still be there until closing. So unprofessional and just disappointing to a point where we didnt even want our order no more.

Never going back after such a lack of problem solving. The employees are clearly checked out and can only provide the bare minimum.
