  They were out of cilantro rice and they were out of sbake. I could have waited for them to get some more, but I had to get back to work.So I just got a chicken bowl and they're nice enough to give it to me for free.Because there were out of a few things.There were really nice about everything

  It was our last visit, this past Sunday November 16, we were appalled by the obnoxious attitude of the two young girls, clearly hating their job while tossing the food on the bowls as if they were tossing garbage into a trash can, quickly asking , “what else, “ what else” what else”, as a broken record of monotone and uncaring high pitched tone voice. The food was cold, the lids these girls put on top of the bowls were loose, fast, fast, uncaring service and it was not even busy. The floors were dirty, napkins and smashed beans on some tables also, literally disgusting. And it was not free food,by the way, expensive and offending to the eye. No more Chipotle here at this location and possibly at all locations. I wonder what the deal is with these chain that used to be great!!

  I decided to swing by chipotle to grab some dinner after work and wish I had spent my hard earned money somewhere else. The young lady walked over to me after using the POS system and asked me what she can get for me. Right off the bat I asked her to change her gloves I wanted to ask her to wash her hands as well but I didn’t want to be too extra. She’s making my food things are fine for the most part but I can tell she was frustrated about something and I didn’t take it personally so I just continued. She rung me up tossed my items in my bag and sent me on my way without so much as a “Have a goodnight” or nothing. I do want to point out before she rung me up she stuffed too much food into my burrito and she couldn’t even wrap it so it was sloppy and I didn’t get to enjoy my meal. I wanted to check her but I was just so over it. I’ve worked at three different Chipotle locations and it is so disgusting to see that this is how customers are treated. Don’t even get me started on how my mouth hit the floor when I asked another employee who the manager was and they told me it was the young lady that helped me. I’m disappointed, irritated and annoyed that I wasted my money at Chipotle to go home and eat a SLOPPY burrito! I would’ve been more satisfied eating saltines for dinner. 0/10 would not recommend this location to anyone! Thank you for listening.

  I have been coming to this location for a while and this may be my last time. Every time I have come there has been something wrong with my order, the employees do not listen, the chips are raw half the time, and the lobby is almost always dirty. I was waiting for my mobile order for over 30 minutes for rice while there was rice in the walk up lane, but I could not convert my order to walk up of course so I had to wait. Where credit is due a very nice employee offered drinks for us who had to wait as we heard a man walk in an order a bowl with extra rice. Just do not expect good service or adequate food or dining experience if you come here.

  Single Butte /BaselineChipotle I come to this chipotle and every-time, there is poor service. People in the back chatting it up with a long line of customers and maybe 2 people in front working. And then when the other girls do come out they are giggling still taking their time to help. They don’t even let me complete my sentence of how I want it! Anyways today 10/30/25 around 630-6:40 came in and the girl at the beginning was helping a customers he wanted tortillas she ran out I guess she needed to open the box she asks the guy at the cash register for the box cutter or if he could come open the box , and from the register he throws the box cutter to her she catches with her gloves that she’s using to handle food!! After her and the other girls are down on the floor opening a box that is most likely dusty. She comes up continues to prepare his food.Iam then next and both girls don’t change her gloves, so I kindly ask her to change her gloves and does the other girl. I think that whoever owns this store needs to train all your employees better with customer service, food handling and cross contamination and team work help eachother so things can run smoother and get some extra help cooking or cook extra in the back because you guys are always out of everything and people are waiting. Look at your cameras and view and check your employees especially in the back!!
