How do you serve set cooked rice!? It’s obviously under cooked, you can visually see it’s undercooked, it sounds undercooked, and feels hard. I will NEVER go to this chipotle again and I advise you not to either.

Albeit sometimes I think they're light on the portion of meat most of the time. I had huge chunks of fat I spit out and then I even had a very large chunk of cartilage in my burrito... It made me want to throw up. The beans tasted dried like they were never fully cooked. One of the people working there there weren't the nicest while most of them were. The atmosphere here is obvious it's a Chipotle it's not like it's fancy or anything so... I just can't believe it because I went from I can't wait to get one of these burritos to I really regret getting one of these burritos. It's to the point where I am on the fence of whether to ever come back to one of these again that's how disgusting it was.

I was told they were making it when I walked in. THEN I watched as they served 19 people on line and THEN told me I had to wait another 10 mins because they are out of peco salsa. THIS IS THE WORST PICKUP EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!
