  My wife picked up an order that we were going to eat as a family after work with my two kids. There was zero salt on anything, the food and chips were terrible. When I called I had to go through several prompts to get to an actual person. Once I got someone on the phone they only asked for my receipt to refund the order. Chipotle used to be so awesome when it came to reliable food quality and customer service. It’s unfortunate that this company is scaling down on customer service, the quality is dropping and that stems from lack of on-site customer service.

  This is my go to chipotle, which is why I’m upset. I put in an order for pickup, and when I got home I realized I didn’t get my chips which I didn’t care that much about at first. As I was eating my bowl, I noticed a small bug sitting on my lettuce. I lost my trust in chipotle food. Beware as you’re eating, you never know what you’re putting in your mouth!!!

  Take a look at there prep counter when your order your food. If you wonder where food bourne illness is cultured this is your biggest example. Used to wonder why I would get sick immediately after. Nope it makes sense now. 10 employees not one sanitizer bucket in sight. Not one person took it open themselves to clean the crusty food everywhere. If your desperate I understand but you have a date with the toilet coming your way.
