I swear, I've never seen a group of more miserable people with absolutely horrid customer service skills all crunched into one area before. I have been waiting here 20 min for a pickup order and I am literally uncomfortable watching the interactions with all the other customers ... You can tell they're all taken back by the attitudes. The pick up lady is flirting with the cooks instead of grabbing my extra tortilla for this order, and the one that looks like Wednesday from The Addams Family is looking more miserable by the minute, as more and more of us customers lose our appetites. Nobody wants food with bad vibes served with it. I could waste $35 at any other place around here, even the one that gave me food poisoning last year, and I'+2still feel more satisfied than I am as I walk out of this dreary place. It's worth it to drive down the street to the other Chipotle.

And they only had one guy getting food to the counter while 4 others were just standing there. Then Kalli had the worst look on her face and was not happy what so ever. Do not go within the last two hours. The staff is extremely rude. They flip the chairs an hour and a half early and say the dining room is closed and will not restock items. Tonight I came in 8:49, over an hour before close. The girl looked annoyed we were there and without even saying hi the first thing she said was. "Just so you know. We are out of steak, queso, tortillas, lettuce and guacamole." I asked about taco shells and she said, "Yes...all tortillas." My wife still ordered a bowl and she almost seemed offended that we still wanted to order. After I paid, I noticed there were no forks and were told they were cleaning that area and don't stock it at night. If this wasn't the forth time I've had an experience like this at this exact location over the last 2 years I would try to be more understanding. Whoever is in charge at this location is failing miserably. Look at the amount of 1 and 2 star reviews.

Once I got there there was little to no meat left which I was okay with because I understand it was towards the end of the night and they were cooking some. The ladys we're chatting and laughing and when I came up they gave me attitude for just being there. When I ordered one salad and one burrito I got nothing but lip I didn't mind because I thought maybe because they were under a lot of pressure that was until we got to the veggies. When I asked for something they gave me lip raise their voice and pointed a finger at me. When I asked for more cheese she literally grabbed a handful and threw it and most of it got all over the floor and the table and she did not care. When I asked for multiple sides of corn which I do understand I have to pay for she then proceeded to charge me for the sour cream side as well even though I only got two sides of sour cream. Ended up spending 35.00 for almost no meat, crappy service, and bowls that barely are half full. I will never be coming back here and for sure never spending my hard earn money ever again. I thought that this would have been a nice dinner after a hard day of work but clearly I was wrong. And if you do not like to work where you work don't take it out on the customers just because you're miserable. P.S and when I got home and gave my dad his burrito after he worked his 14-hour shift his burrito and my bowl were ice cold after a 3-minute drive. Yes and they don't have their food up to temp. I don't trust it and I'm worried so now I have thrown it away so now I just wasted money. Hope the rest of the food is to temp before they get someone sick
