I walked in at 9:40 and all the workers started and laughed while they had torn down almost the whole meat and salsa down 20 minutes before close, they asked me if it was okay, it’s not! Why is a business closing down 20 plus minutes early when people have also been coming in and out, if chipotle closes at 9:30 then why aren’t the hours updated?!?! I thought it was 10 PM

We walked in and service was fast, not real friendly, robots would be more friendly. But the food was really good, and large portions. We'll go back, everyone can have a bad day.

Over priced food. I had a chicken bowl. Food was pretty good. The brown rice was hard and for 13.00 I feel it should be cooked correctly. Pretty good portion here compared to some other locations. Place was clean. Staff was friendly when I was there.

I don't frequent chipolte often because the portion sizes are just too small. I don't like paying $13 for a meal just to be hungry after I finish it. Well, with today's veterans discount offer of buy one get one free, I figured 2 orders for the price of one would do the trick. So, I ordered 2 rice and steak bowls with no additional toppings. As I attempted to pay for the BOGO offer, I was told it didn't qualify because I didn't get any of the toppings. Yea, in order for it to qualify for the veterans day BOGO offer, you have to get the salsa and whatever else they offer on top of it. At first, I thought the cashier was joking with me, but no, she was serious. So, I ended up paying for both meals. You should either offer a BOGO or not. Don't offer one to get customers in your overpriced stores, just for us to only then find out that the BOGO is contingent on other non-relevant factors.

Visited this Chipotle at 7:15 PM on a Friday 11/7/25. A male employee with tattoos down his left arm (including his hand) took all the fajita veggies for a catering order while I was mid-order, completely ignoring the young lady making my burrito who asked for some. She checked with another employee in the back who said there were none left. I was about to let it go until the same tattooed employee yelled, “I texted him to kill himself” and laughed. The staff at the counter looked mortified , and I was in disbelief. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.Embarrassing.Not a good look. I’ll be taking my business to the Power Rd location by the 202 from now on.
